![]() I’ve never had an issue with my files before and I’m not sure how a $69 piece of software is going to tell a $20,000 copier how to do its job better. They currently say the problem is with my files and I should “scan from PaperPort”. ![]() Their recommendation of re-installing the software (with ant-virus software turned off) didn’t solve the problem. If I escape out of ImageView without saving, the page is not resized. It is impossible to “resize” the now jumbo page to its correct dimensions as the page is corrupt. If I do any work on the page before saving, this one specific page of the file will be resized.See attached screenshot of a 10x13 inch file which is now inexplicably 84x108 inches. When this happens, PaperPort has resized my image. In ImageView, when I zoom in, the image on the screen will sometimes become very small before zooming in.tiff files (B&W, OCR) are sent from a Ricoh copier directly to a folder in my C: drive, which are then accessed with PaperPort. It overall is a great improvement except that it will resize pages without warning. I've updated to the latest 14.5 version from the old 11.1 demo version that came with our Ricoh copier.
